The quotes include:

Bed linen (change weekly) and towels (change every 4 days), consumption of gas, light and water, the heating and the air conditioning and use of the swimming pool with Jacuzzi.

Payment:

Your reservation will be confirmed receiving a 30% deposit of the total  by bank transfer or PayPal, the balance has to be paid at the beginning of the holiday.
